About Us
Welcome to Hub101, a vibrant co-working space and startup incubator located in Westlake Village, California. As part of California Lutheran University's Steven Dorfman Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Hub101 serves as a community hub for the Conejo Valley and Ventura County. Our mission is to support entrepreneurs in building and scaling sustainable businesses by providing an affordable, safe space to launch their startups and offering aspiring student entrepreneurs the opportunity to interact with practicing founders.
With over 10,000 square feet of space, Hub101 features an innovative hybrid layout that serves as both a co-working space for entrepreneurs and a university satellite campus. Our facility includes collaborative spaces, conference rooms, private offices, an event space, a beautiful outdoor courtyard, and a kitchen equipped with the essentials. In addition, we are conveniently located near shopping and restaurants.

The Story
Hub101 was born out of a vision to create a thriving ecosystem for entrepreneurs and students in the Conejo Valley and Ventura County. Launched six years ago under the direction of California Lutheran University, Hub101 has grown into a dynamic community where students and new entrepreneurs share open office space and a world of ideas.
The random networking among students and businesspeople at Hub101 has evolved into deep bonds that have shaped the courses of college careers, commercial ventures, and contributions to society.
At Hub101, we are committed to fostering a community of students, entrepreneurs, and startups who are working on solutions that are changing industries and making an impact in our world. We regularly host community-building events, such as entrepreneur speaker series, Startup Weekends, Women in Business panels, pitch days, workshops, and more.
