Fatburger was founded by Lovie Yancey in Los Angeles over 70 years ago, and the chain has been known for its delicious, grilled-to-perfection, and cooked-to-order burgers ever since 1 . Buffalo's Express, on the other hand, was founded in 1985 in Roswell, Georgia, and has become a fast-casual chain known for its world-famous chicken wings and sauces. By combining these two iconic brands under one roof, we offer our customers a diverse and delectable menu that caters to all tastes.
Founders
Thousand Oaks locals Jess and Ken are the proud owners of the Fatburger & Buffalo's Express franchise in their community. Both passionate about food and the restaurant industry, they decided to bring these iconic brands to their hometown. Jess and Ken share a love for hiking and traveling internationally, which has allowed them to explore diverse flavors and culinary experiences. By establishing Fatburger & Buffalo's Express in Thousand Oaks, they aim to create a welcoming space for fellow food enthusiasts and foster connections among residents through their delicious, mouthwatering offerings of made-to-order burgers and world-famous chicken wings.
